01.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and tc77 ("We", "Platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the tc77 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, payment services, and all other features provided by tc77.

By using the TC77 platform, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, legally eligible to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with all rules and conditions set out in this document and any updates made from time to time.

02.User Eligibility

To use the tc77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.

Tc77 reserves the right to request proof of age verification or identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

03.Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on tc77. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. TC77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login details to a third party.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Any changes to personal information must be updated promptly through your account page.
• Your TC77 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Tc77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected.

04.Deposits and Withdrawals

Tc77 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other methods listed on the Deposit page. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited within minutes.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated on the Deposit page. TC77 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed the specified limits.

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• Tc77 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals via local payment methods.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting activity; direct transfers from deposit to withdrawal without any gaming activity are prohibited.

05.Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Program

Tc77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty program rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotion page.

The rollover requirement (wagering requirement) is the primary condition that must be met before any bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Unmet rollover requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their respective promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Tc77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or system exploitation.
• Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will forfeit eligibility for future promotions.
• The tc77 loyalty program awards reward points based on wagering activity that can be redeemed for game credits.

06.Game Rules and Wagering

All games on tc77 use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure genuine fairness and randomness. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on personal or emotional grounds.

For Live Casino games, the specific rules of each game apply. Players are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing bets. Errors in placing bets due to unfamiliarity with the rules will not be grounds for a refund claim.

• Tc77 reserves the right to void rounds or bets affected by technical bugs and to return the relevant stakes to players.
• The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools without written authorisation from TC77 is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit game imbalances or technical vulnerabilities will be treated as fraud.
• Maximum betting limits are as specified within each game, and TC77 reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.

07.User Responsibilities

As a tc77 user, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You also acknowledge that online betting carries financial risks and that you participate at your own risk.

Tc77 strongly encourages responsible gaming practices. If you feel your wagering activity has reached a concerning level, please use the self-management tools available on the Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team for assistance.

• Only bet with money you can afford to lose.
• Do not bet money set aside for basic necessities such as bills, rent, or food.
• Use the deposit limits, loss limits, and time limits provided by TC77 to stay in control.
• Do not attempt to recover losses by recklessly increasing your bet amounts.
• Seek professional help if you feel that betting has become a problem in your life.

08.Account Suspension and Closure

Tc77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of these terms or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the TC77 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days, and any valid balance will be returned upon completion of a compliance review.

• Account closure due to a terms violation may result in the forfeiture of any bonus balance that has not yet met its rollover requirements.
• Real money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player subject to successful identity verification.
• Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud are not eligible for any refunds.
• Tc77 will retain transaction records and user data for the period required by applicable law.

09.TC77 Liability Limits

Tc77 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, tc77 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions beyond our control.

Tc77 will not be liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical delays, user internet connection failures, unfavorable game outcomes, or any financial losses resulting from use of the platform.

• TC77's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Tc77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential losses or loss of opportunity experienced by users.
• Tc77 is not responsible for any disruptions or losses caused by cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

10.Terms and Conditions Amendment

Tc77 reserves the right to amend, modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the tc77 website.

Tc77 will endeavor to notify active users of important changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review and understand the latest terms.

Continued use of the TC77 platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.
